More than 80 letters from substitutive parents have been sent to our address for the contest of letters of gratitude to their children! On May 30, we will sum up the results, and today we are happy to share with you the tenderness, love, care that radiate letters from moms and dads.

«Sometimes it seems to me that foster children helped me to "grow" my heart, increase it for more love, kindness, tenderness and warmth. I have become kinder not only to children, but also to the elderly. I see that they are almost children. I discovered the depth of the feelings of the people around me, empathy for those who suffer. Here it cannot be said that one child taught this – they all together, drop by drop, gave me their own. Often it was pain and insult. At such moments, I had a feeling that my heart reprocessed their sadness and returned to them with care and love.

Foster children have opened a new door for me in life, where I probably would never have gone without them. It can be said that they raised me and continue to raise me spiritually. I did not become kind and spineless – I remained principled and strict, but a completely new depth of human experiences opened up to me»
